Your designs stay in your browser

Projects, uploaded screenshots, custom templates and device layouts are stored in IndexedDB on your device. They are not uploaded to our server. Clearing browser data can delete them. Download a project backup before clearing storage or moving devices.

Purchase access

We store a random buyer identifier, Stripe checkout references, template purchase records, consent records and a hash of your recovery key. An essential cookie remembers purchase access for up to one year. These records let us fulfil purchases, restore access and handle payment issues. We retain purchase records while needed to provide access and meet applicable accounting and legal obligations.

Payments and hosting

Stripe processes payment and checkout information under its own privacy policy. Full card details do not pass through AppFramey. Hosting infrastructure processes connection information such as IP addresses and request logs to deliver and secure the service. We keep daily aggregate counts of page views, template previews, editor starts, exports and purchases to understand what is useful. Browser event counts do not include visitor IDs, query strings, project content or screenshots, and respect Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control. Payment events are counted from verified purchase records. We do not use advertising trackers.

Your choices and rights

Use browser settings to delete local projects and cookies; save your backup and recovery key first. Decanus Ltd is responsible for AppFramey’s personal data processing. We process purchase information to perform your contract, protect the service and meet legal obligations. Contact support about access, correction, deletion or other applicable data rights. You may also complain to your data protection authority.
