Digital template purchases

We do not offer discretionary refunds for a change of mind, choosing the wrong template, or deciding not to use a purchase after digital supply begins with your express consent and acknowledgement. This does not exclude any cancellation right that still applies, or your rights where digital content is faulty, not as described, or not supplied. Contact support with your purchase email, template name, payment date and a description of the issue. We will investigate and provide the remedy required by applicable law, which may include repair, replacement, a price reduction or refund. Duplicate or incorrect charges will be investigated. Do not send full card details or your recovery key.
